Red Ruby Construction; a subsidiary of Al Mishkat Multi Services was formally registered with DTI in 2004 as a close corporation.
The corporation was established with its principle business as construction, primarily focusing on building, renovating, altering houses and/ office parks, commercial buildings and governmental structures, both for the private and the public sector in Gauteng Area.
Al-Mishkat Multi Services cc is an entity recognized by the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Founded and Directed by Mr I. Bulbulia, we have successfully completed various projects such as RDP houses, warehouses, school renovations, halls, townhouses, residential etc. We are 100% BEE compliant and proudly South African. We offer on-going empowerment, training, and skills development to our staff members. We are actively involved in a great deal of community and social work. We strongly promote and believe in the concept of “UBUNTU”. We also strive in achieving by reducing our carbon footprint by ‘going green’.
Some of our renowned clients are KFC, leading peanut butter manufacturer Thokoman, Fashion World, Pretoria Schools and Islamic Institutions.
We ensure that all construction work is done with utmost professionalism, attention to customer detail and satisfaction. We operate in the Gauteng area, KZN and other provinces.
